



My style of yoga is Vinyasa Flow, a practice that connects movement with breath to create a sense of flow both on and off the mat. I love how each sequence allows you to move mindfully, build strength, and find ease at the same time.
For me, Vinyasa is about creating space in the body, in the mind, and in life. Every class is an opportunity to tune in, let go, and leave feeling balanced, calm, and reconnected.

Shaun's Story
My yoga journey began during the pandemic, a time when my mind felt heavy and restless. Stepping onto the mat became my sanctuary the one place where I could quiet my thoughts and truly find peace.
In 2024, I followed my heart to Bali to complete my yoga teacher training. Becoming a yoga teacher was a calling that came from deep within; yoga had transformed my life, and I knew I wanted to share that light with others to help them find the same sense of balance, healing, and inner calm that yoga gave to me.
