Returns Policy

We hope you love your Yoga Balance purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.

To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn items such as bras or leggings that show signs of use.

To start a return, please contact us at [add your email address] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions. Unless the item is faulty or sent in error, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive your return.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or full refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. You are entitled to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your items for a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
